This recipe came from GoToRecipes on Instagram. Korby really really liked it. It doesn't have spinach in it, so it is different than your typical spinach/artichoke dip. 2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (the bag is OK this time)
1 cup shredded Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (off the block, the more aged the better)
1 12 -14 oz. bottle artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Dash kosher salt
Dried Dill weed for garnish

Blend all ingredients (except dill) with a hand mixer. Spray a 9 x 13 or round baking dish, like a quiche dish, with cooking spray. Spread mixture into dish evenly. Sprinkle top with dill weed. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes until browned and bubbling. Serve with pita chips or crackers.
