Chicken Noodle Soup- Suzanne's recipe
4 cups chicken broth (+2 cups- I add more)
4 chicken bouillon
2 cups celery
2 cups carrots
1/2 onion
8 oz. kluski noodles
1 can cream of chicken
1 can evaporated milk (big can)

Cooked chicken- the amount will vary, depending on preference
Combine until veggies and noodles are tender.
Whisk together cream of chicken and evaporated milk and add.

Add cooked chicken.
This is my favorite chicken noodle soup for more than one reason. Its quick to throw together, and its delicious! Make sure you use the kluski noodles, i think it is what makes it so good!
The only chicken noodle soup i will eat and enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI haven’t been able to find the kluski noodles A N Y W H E R E so I use the frames frozen noodles instead. Still so yummy!
