We are big fans of Traeger grills in this family, and this recipe made on the grill is delicious!
Ingredients
- 1-2 pounds baby potatoes
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1-2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1/2 cup butter
Instructions
- Preheat your Traeger to 375°.
- Toss the potatoes with the avocado oil, and place inside the microwave.
- Cook on high powder for 3 minutes, or until fork tender.
- Place the potatoes into a 10X13 pan with sides on it, and smash down with a fork or potato masher.
- Place pats of butter all over the top of the potatoes, sprinkle with kosher salt, and place on your grill or in your oven.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the bottoms are crisp!
