This is the perfect way to cook sprouted brown rice! It is not suer quick like a white rice recipe, but it is easy since it is in the instant pot.
INGREDIENTS
- 1-1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1-1/2 cups sprouted brown rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the rice, broth, and salt to the Instant Pot pressure cooker.
- Lock the lid in place and make sure the steam release valve is in the sealing position.
- In manual mode, set the timer for 16 minutes.
- Let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes after cooking then release any remaining pressure. Fluff with a fork.
