1/2 c dry, roasted, salted pistachios- crushed/diced up
1/6 c brown sugar packed
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/3 tsp dried dillweed
1/3 tsp black pepper
2 6 oz salmon fillets- skinned
Preheat oven to 425. Mix all ingredients. Spoon onto fish and press into place. Bake 6-8 minutes for each 1/2 inch thickness of fish.
