Sauteed Green Beans

 I love cooking our veggies differently each week. One night this method just came to me and we all love them!

Trim your beans and put them into a pan with about a cup of chicken broth. Cover it and let them boil for a bit. Once there is only a little bit of liquid left, take the lid off and let the rest evaporate. Once the liquid is gone, add a nice serving of butter. Saute them up with some salt and lemon pepper.
