Beef Enchiladas

 This has been a family dinner that I realized hadn't made it on the blog yet! Not sure how that happened. These taste like home to me because I was raised on them. 

Ingredients:

Corn tortillas
One can of red enchilada sauce
One can of golden mushroom soup
Ground beef
Cheddar Cheese



Fry your tortillas in some oil, cook your ground beef and season how you wish, mix your soup and sauce together in a bowl, and grate your cheese. Assemble, roll up, and place in your 9x13 that has sauce spread on the bottom. Bake at 375 for 15 or so until the cheese is melted enough. We like to eat them with sour cream spread on the top.
