Best Ever Traeger Chicken Sandwiches





I am not sure I love a recipe more than this one! I seriously love these little sandwiches so much and we make them often! We got the recipe from one of our friends, and I am not sure where they got it from. I always make Mels coleslaw recipe to go with them, and the combo is perfection!

First, you will brine chicken thighs for about 3 hours.

1 gallon (16 cups) cold water
1/2 cup kosher salt 
2/3 cup light brown sugar

After brining, drizzle with olive oil and season with holy gospel and honey hog bbq. Smoke at 325 until internal temp is 165. Usually takes around 30 minutes depending on thickness of thighs.
