Mom’s cheesy potatoes 



Mom’s cheesy potatoes 

Ingredients: 

Frozen bag of shredded hash browns 

Can of cream of mushroom soup 

4 tbsp. Butter, cubed 

1lb. -1.5lb White cheese (like Monterey Jack or mozzarella) 


Shred the cheese, save enough for the top, and mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes and then add reserved cheese on top for 10-15 more minutes until bubbly.
