This recipe is one that is requested often after i take it to parties. I think it is the perfect combination of ingredients. I don't follow any recipe exactly though, i just add until all of the ingredients look right.
1 can of drained and rinsed black beans
1 can of shoepeg corn
Tomatoes
Avocado
Cilantro
Yellow, red, or orange pepper
Red Onion
Cilantro
Lime Juice
Garlic Salt
Salt
Red Wine Vinegar
