Instant Pot Mac and Cheese


I know that everyone has their own version of the perfect mac and cheese- some like it with crumbs on topped and baked, others like it soupy, some prefer hardly any sauce, etc. This is the recipe that my family and I love, but we like it pretty creamy and soupy. Plus, this is made in the instant pot, so its nice and quick! It is also very healthy and good for you.... HA!



Ingredients:
14 oz pasta
4 Cups water
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
4 T butter

Add all above ingredients into Instant Pot on manual for 5 minutes, followed with a quick release.

Once pressure is released, add the following ingredients quickly- it will melt right in.

5 oz evaporated milk
4 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
