Danene's soft caramel corn

2 c brown sugar

1 c Karo syrup

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 cube butter

3 c air-popped popcorn

Bring to a boil and let boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and pour over popcorn (on wax paper is how they did it). It is soft and yummy!
