Chocolate chip cookies





These are my absolute favorite! They never seem to turn out for anyone else apparently, but are delicious!
2 1/3 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 big pkg of vanilla instant pudding
1 c soft margarine/butter
1/4 c sugar
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
12 oz chocolate chips

Cream sugars and butter together. Mix all dry ingredients in another bowl. Add eggs and vanilla to sugar mixture. Mix all together BY HAND. It will be crumbly, but when pressed together to form a ball, it will stay together. I get my cookie scoop (small ice cream scoop) and just scoop and drop. No forming nice round balls here. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. They will look underdone but are perfect! 

*Side note: if making strictly for eating as dough, use the mixer and beat the heck out of them. The dough is better this way but makes the cookies flat and not as yummy if baked. I have heard once you add baking soda or baking powder in any recipe you should not use the mixer after it's in.
