Surprise Grape Salad


This comes from Steven's aunt Debbie. Seriously sounds weird and gross- well try it. It is SO good! I think i had 5 servings.


2 lbs green grapes
2 lbs red grapes
8 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese- room temp works best
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 cup brown sugar-packed
1 1/2 cup pecans (toasting is optional but adds a lot. Toast on cookie sheet at 350 for about 5 minutes, stirring once)


Mix cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. Make sure there are no chunks from the cream cheese. Add grapes and stir. Spread brown sugar and pecans over top. Don't mix in. Cover and let it sit overnight. Mix all together before eating.



*Teri said she had to add more grapes to her recipe because it was too heavy, so keep that in mind. Have extra grapes on hand just in case!
