LauraLee's Mystic Mint Homemade Ice Cream

2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream
8 cups (2 quarts) half and half
6 cups whole milk
4 cups sugar
4 tablespoons vanilla
1 package Mystic Mint Cookies (or Grasshopper Cookies) crushed & chunky


Put in ice cream maker and freeze


You can just make the ice cream plain.  It's just like I used to eat when I was a little girl, and we had to hand crank the ice cream freezer!
