Lemonade Stand Pie




I took a couple desserts to a dessert party we had with a few friends last night and i realized that these recipes weren't on here yet, and they are a must for the summer!

Lemonade Stand Pie

1/3 C. lemonade flavor drink mix
1/2 C. cold water
2 Cups vanilla ice cream, softened
1 tub (8 oz.) cool whipped topping, thawed
1 Graham pie crust

Place drink mix in large bowl. Add water; Stir until mix is dissolved, add ice cream. Beat with mixer until well blended. Gently stir in cool whip. Freeze, if necessary, until mixture is thick enough to mound.

Spoon into crust. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
