Honey Lime Chicken





1/3 c flour
1 lb chicken- cut into tenderloin size (or your preference)
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp Worcest. sauce
Sesame seeds- optional

In a ziploc bag combine flour and chicken. Shake up and set aside. In a skillet, brown chicken on all sides. Combine lime juice, honey, brown sugar, and worc. sauce. Pour over the chicken. Cook until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if you want.
*I double the sauce recipe because Steven likes it saucy.
