Chili Blanco





Chili Blanco- Suzanne Moore

4 C. cooked chicken
4 tsp. chicken bouillion
6 C. chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
6 cloves crushed garlic
6 cans great northern beans
1 T. oil
2 1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. oregano
2- 4oz cans green chili
4 C. shredded mozzarella
2 C. sour cream

Saute onions and garlic in oil. Mix boulion, broth, cumin, cayenne pepper and oregano and let simmer for a while. Add all ingredients except cheese and sour cream. Add those about 1/2 hour before eating.


I usually cut this recipe in half and do it in my crockpot. It is yummy!
